How to change color/font/size of metro category titles?

The title says is all.
I'm sure there must be a way to do this.

Right now the color (white) blends in way too much with everything else on the page, so that it is very difficult to even see the category titles.

I don't think you understood what I was asking for.

How to change color/font/size of metro category titles?

Each metro category has a title.
Right now these titles are white in color, and are difficult to read.
I would like to change their color, and also change their font and size.
