Moving folders to another folder

Hey all,
I am having a small problem which I have encountered.

I am trying to move a rar folder to MyGames folder and it's having none of it.. :(
It just seems to be my MyGames folder and no other folders on my PC.

I am currently using Windows 8.1 is there a problem or a glitch with this?
I currently have McAfee installed could this be apart of moving folders, copying folders to another folder?

I have checked all my permissions etc in the MyGames folder and they seem to be fine.
I am trying to move folder to my Farming Simulator 2013 folder and it's not doing anything not even popping up with any kind of warning why my folder isn't copying, pasting correctly.

Is there any sollutions for this? Thanks!

UPDATE: I created a second account and moving folders to the specific folder I am trying to do is working perfectly on my second account. On my first account it's not letting me move, copy folders to the specific folder in MyGames.

Thanks.

Simplest fix may be to copy everything from the old, non working account to the new one then after testing, delete the old one.

Good tutorial here: Fix Corrupt User Profile in Windows 8

It's a YouTube video. I'd suggest running full screen and pause as needed.

Sounds like a permission problem to me. You can look at that by right clicking on the folder and selecting Proiperties, then check the Security tab.

My bad, I checked my Documents folder and it was set as shown in your screen shot. However, The Documents Properties Page does not show any other tabs ie. Sharing, Security, Location, Customize

Now we are getting somewhere :)
I am guessing my account does not have FULL ADMIN PERMISSIONS?

Yet it says my account is admin, I have also tried the Standard account and still does not work.
Strange. :(

OK. let's open the Control Panel->Folder Options. In each tab, click on Restore Defaults to see if you can get those tabs back.

If you open the registry and look under:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Do you see anything on the right hand side related to SecurityTab, LocationTab etc... ?

No, Explorer not Ext but I notice that you did not even have this key. May be it is Windows 8 and I am using Windows 8.1 Pro.
Can you login the new user that you created and check if you have the Explorer key.
