So what's been happening is that my desktop and file explore will freeze for 4 or 5 seconds, never counted. but a short time anyways. but yet i can still use my chrome and run a game and switch back and forth between programs just fine.
and after it happens once, it doesn't seem to happen again until next time the computer is restarted.
like if i right click, or try to open a file or folder on the desktop or click my file explorer on my taskbar, it doesn't work and i have to wait five seconds or more. but if i click my chrome, or a game on my taskbar it works just fine.
whats going on? how do i fix it?
