    screen resizing

sometimes when i drag my finger across the touch pad on my hp laptop the screen will get smaller or the the reverse the content on the screen gets real big how do i lock the screen so it does not "zoom in or out" accidently it must be a win 8 issue like a touch screen issue

On my Toshiba Laptop, Control Panel => Mouse has a Device Settings Tab. In there if I click the Settings Button it has multi-finger settings. One of those is Zoom. If you have that make sure it is unchecked.
