Help with boot screen

    I have run HDD error scan and nothing wrong with the HDD. Maybe it is something that inevitable. I have tired a lot to avoid the recovery manager screen. This is really stupid. I have never seen such a problem with ex-windows OS although I am used to losing power often. I don't really know why after every unexpected shut down windows takes me to that annoying screen.

    Did you try the old standard commands:
    sfc /scannow
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    As you said, it's not normal to behave like that at all.

    What you need to do is to keep your notebook from turning off Cold every time you lose power. Replace the battery in the notebook or get a UPS. Where I live here in South Louisiana I have UPS's on all my electronics. Its cheaper than replacing expensive equipment.
    As often as your notebook has been cold shut off the OS has to be in horrible condition. The window is trying to help you save your computer and will keep on nagging you until the issues are resolved. IMHO
