Cannot delete a folder , access denied.

Hello , after uninstalling avast few days ago i was prompted to restart the system. Since then when i booted up a random folder named [e1136dde5b111b6e950b(windows defender files)] came up in program files. I cannot delete it since it's needless , nor' rename it , take ownership or anything.
    Please help me.
I've provided few screenshots showing it.

Do you have any anti virus software installed ? If so please temporarily unsinstall it. In addition, make sure you run the command with the elevated command prompt.

You ran the command prompt from the desktop where your folder in under C:\. You should have typed:
    movefile.exe C:\e1136dde5b111b6e950b ""

Anyway, Glad You got it sorted.
