ralink wireless won't work

I have just upgraded from windows 7 ultimate to 8.1 but I can't seem to find any driver that works for my ralink wireless it is 802.11 n wireless LAN card. I have uninstalled it I have updated the driver but it still won't work can someone please give me some advise on how to fix this.

If you can't find the model of your wifi card in your PC's manual, you can always check it in windows.
Control Panel > Device Manager > Network Adapters > Select the wifi card > Right-click properties > Details > Hardware Ids
This should give you a string identifying the model's vendor, number, etc...
DEV_xxxx : xxx should be the model number
Go to Downloads - MediaTek (official support page of Ralink for drivers)
Locate your driver for the corresponding number and voila.
