Without some type of recovery media, you may be at a disadvantage in repairing your system, but could you be a little more descriptive as to what your system is doing?

When you boot, does it go into the Recovery options, or show a black screen, make any noises, etc.?

Can you access any of the OEM Recovery special keys to do diagnostics on the system or get into the Bios?

The error would appear to be telling you some device needed for boot is not accessible. If you could boot into the bios, you might be able to check that you still have the correct boot device, probably the Windows Boot Manager, available and selected as primary boot device.

If you have external drives connected, you might want to remove those for testing.
