Corrupt files not fixed by SFC

My desktop (Dell Optiplex 755, W8.1 Pro 32-bit, 4GB RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E6550 2.33GHz) has been playing up over the weekend.

1) Have run restore point 30 June.
2) Sometines beeping (seems like 3-2-3) & not starting. Have removed the 3 RAM sticks, & replaced one at a time. All allowed it to start, so put all back & now booting OK.
3) Ran SFC /scannow, and reported corrupt files found and unable to fix some of them

I am attaching a screen shot of the sfc report, and also attaching the SFC log file.
The latter is many pages if info reports. Can anyone suggest how to interpret the log, and/or how to repair the system please?

As the lpg file CBS.log is nearly 5MB I have split it into 3 files named CBS20140707-a.log.txt, CBS20140707-b.log.txt & CBS20140707-c.log.txt to fit within the 2MB limit for attachment size.

sfc /scannow sometimes requires to run multiple times to fix the problem. FYI, you can delete the contents of the CBS folder before running sfc so that it will create a new up to date CBS.log with much smaller size.

Sorry folks, but still having problems.
I have run sfc /scannow 8 or 10 times. 1st run after Topgundcp's post the log file was about 380KB, & each subsequent one is similar but not identical size.

When I run Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth I get Error 87, the cleanup-image option is unknown. running Dism /? also does not show this option.

Should cleanup-image option it be present in all versions of W8?

The source of my system was that this rather old desktop originally had Vista on it.
A few months before W8 came out I purchased a W7 notebook, and a voucher for W8 for $15 came with that. I don't need to replace W7 with W8 and the voucher was not tied to any particular hardware or O/S, so in Jan 2013 I downloaded W8 installer, formatted C: partition and installed W8 Pro. Later I upgraded it to W8.1. If it should have the cleanup-image option, how do I get it?

Are you sure you have space in between ? (note the space after 'dism" & "online" & "image")
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Note: DISM doesn't repair corrupt files. It just fixes the component store that SFC uses to fix corrupted files.

Thanks for the prompt responses fellows, but yes I was careful about typing the command - correct spaces etc.

When I copy & paste your command I get the same error. I am attaching a screen shot of the reply to the command Dism /?, which shows the /cleanup-image option is missing.

If you use Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /? then you'll see the option. However, I am puzzled why it tells you the option in invalid.

EDIT: Please make sure that Windows Update is also up to date.

Holding Shift....Restart computer to get Safety Option Menu
Click on Troubleshoot...then Advanced Options....then System Image Recovery.

I have just copied & pasted the text of the Dism command you gave me, on my notebook (W7 64-bit)

The error message is a bit different:-
Error: 87
The restorehealth option is not recognized in this context.
It also is not listed in the help documentation ie Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /?

Is it possible the Dism program options included in W8 downloads, and installed on new computers, in Australia differs from that in some other places like North America?

I run sfc & dism from a batch file.
They both work like they should.
