Windows 8.1 Random Freezes

Hi,
So the problem is sometimes(especially when web browsing) everything stop working and freezes and the only way i can fix it is to force turn off the laptop or to wait about 15 min so it comes back working normally,
So Any idea how to fix it i'dd appreciate it alot.

Have you tried installing windows updates? Also try updating your laptop chipset and device drivers and find out if it would fix your issue.

All Windows updates are to date,
update drivers do you mean using a programme?or manualy by me?
