I purchased windows8.1 for my son. When he downloaded it we were not told he had to have 64bit program to get windows8.1 download. If you have 32 bit windows 7, it only gives you 32bit windows 8. When he asked why no 64 bit, we had to download it from my computer not his as mine is 64 bit windows 7. Mistake 1. Games were not compatable with windows 8.1. Your service said we had to pay for teck help. Mistake 2. We were told to buy the hard copy of windows8.1 it was ten dollars now they ay it costs forty dollars. Mistake 3. When help was asked for we were again told to pay. We were told when this program was bought we had one year warrenty on product and one year teck support. We got told after arguing with many tecks we had no year teck support, but three times we got help telling us there is one years teck support and warranty. Can somebody tell me why this is happening? We were asked in this forum not to be rude. I am not nor was my son on the phone when he called today. When he asked for a manager please the man and I will not call him gentleman, he hung up in our ear. Why so many contradictions and Microsoft manager supposedly so rude to us? You expect from us what you don't give. Now can you tell me after weeks of this why I would want to replace my windows7 with windows 8.1 upgrade?
