Migrate apps and settings without WET.

Now that Microsoft have killed Windows Easy Transfer in Windows 8.1 is there any method or tool that will facilitate performing a clean install and reinstating applications, settings, registry tweaks, etc?

Purchased Laplink's PCMover. Very disappointed. To quote an old Scots saying "It's NWAF!"
That translates to "Not fit for purpose!"
    Have demanded a refund.

I must retract my previous post and I will have to let Laplink keep my money.

After a couple of retries I eventually achieved the desired result.

    Alas alack!
Although the transfer worked the new system now has a number of problems that were not present before.
Luckily I get a backup of the old system so have decided that 1 or 2 annoyances are easier to live with than the crap I have now!

Going back down the refund route!
