Windows Key + X Key.... Opens Menu Not working

When I presses Windows Key + X Key a list of Tasks to open pops-up but not of them is opening like when I click the Control Panel option it don't gets open and non-of the other options are opening like Device Manager...

What could be the problem which is causing this and what steps to perform in order to fix this?:D
