PC wakes up in sleep mode with the following error code???

Hi
Still a noob here and hopefully I have posted my question in the correct board.
Although this is not a major concern I need some advice or pick someone brains here as I am running Windows 8.1 professional.
I was just wondering, as I am having some concerns with my pc sometime through the night as it just wakes up for no reason.
I am not sure if someone is accessing this remotely or what but sometime I see a folder that is open or my email that shouldn't be or at least I think I have closed it before I put it to sleep.
I am not sure what to do as I have run my antivirus software with little showing up and my malware, completing a full system scan.
I also have looked at my even viewer pictured here to see if there is something unusual or strange happening.
Actually I am not really sure if I am viewing this or reading this correctly, and I was hoping if some one here could please assist me to figure out whats going on or if my system has been compromised.

You probably have Automatic Maintenance scheduled to start at 3 AM and that is what wakes up your computer. Check your settings.

I never thought about that.
I have just un checked it. I will see what happens.
