When I install Windows8 I need to have/create a windows live account. What alternative do I have when I want to use windows 8 in an enterprise. Can I just use a AD profile or en exchange account?

If you have a domain account you can use it in the same way as previous versions of windows.

You don't have to create a LiveID - but it does lock you out of some functionality (such as the XBox stuff) if you don't. The OS itself is still perfectly usable - I have one machine set up that way.
