    Windows boot loop assistance

Hi all! So I just built this new pc a couple of days ago and put windows 8 on it and it was working fine until today. I restarted my PC for the first time since I built it and windows had to update some things, although now it is stuck in a boot loop. It says that it is installing the new updates for a second or two (quite literally a second or two) and then it says "We could not complete the updates undoing changes don't turn off your computer" and then it sits there for a good 15-20 minutes and then says restarting and it restarts the PC and does the exact same thing. I have the install USB drive although the start up options button is not under the troubleshooting options, which is the solution I found by looking at other websites and I don't know how else to start it into safe mode which I have yet to try. If anyone can help me get out of this boot loop it would be much appreciated and thank you for the help!

Today, I restarted my computer because it was acting funny. And I know this would probably be more toward Windows 7, but I am able to use Windows 8 Pro that I have dual booted with.
