Windows 8 IE 10 pointer is off set for (Java?)

    Hi

I had this issue with the first use of windows 8 ( even 8.1)

The pointer in pages where there are Java app, or whatever they are called, my pointer goes off set.
Like zooming for pic in Amazon, picking colors at some forums, etc. The pointer won't move till I drag my pointer to the edge of the screen.
Please check video below to know the exact problem.

I've messed with IE10 settings, reinstalled java/flash, happened with fresh install of windows 8.
I guess it's something related to security in IE for windows 8?
    Thanks.

EDIT--- I used 7-ZIP to extract the archive {tiny .avi} & uploaded it to YouTube.

    7-ZIP is a good tool.

Workaround--- I don't use IE. I use Opera & have no troubles with JAVA or JavaScript or Flash.

    Try Opera.

I know, it work fine with other browsers, which made me think it's related to windows 8 and IE security.
I found that viewing page in compatible mode fix it.

I've tried all browsers but man I'm such a hard minded person, am used to IE since Windows 98.
My mind can't accept changes lol, I guess I'll try them again. But let us wait few days, someone might light us with solution
    Thanks for the advice David!

Yes, I've tried it with 8.1 ,had more issues with Java and flash.
Disappearing sidebar, cropped java app, add-on bug etc..

For 8, I must update to 8.1 to install IE11, which will never happen.
