Solved Window 8.1 Control Panel Not on Desktop

Hi All
I using window 8.1, I can recall the Window Control Panel was on the desktop at one time, do not know if I did sometime to delete it or not, What I am asking is how do I get it back on the desktop, instead of going to the start button and right clicking to get it too open up..

This was most likely the Control Panel desktop icon that was checked using the method in the tutorial below to show.
