Hi, I have a serious problem here. Recently, I've upgraded my windows 8 to 8.1. First, everything seems to work fine. I always hibernate instead of shutting down my laptop since it took a long time to boot. Yesterday, I accidentally restarted my computer and installed some updates. After the next boot, I experienced many problems.

1. Windows Audio
This service won't run, it shows "Windows could not start the Windows Audio service on Local Computer. Error 0x800706cc: The endpoint is a duplicate."

2. Metro Apps can't access internet
I started my Facebook on the windows metro app. It shows i have no internet connection. Then, I tried LINE. It shows the same too. I tried all my metro apps needing internet, they all experience the same problem.

3. Control Panel error
After I experienced this 2 errors, i thought it was the drivers, i tried opening the control panel, it froze just when i start opening it. For this, I should restart the windows explorer. Surprisingly, I can open some of the control panel branches, such as PC Info and Programs and Features. ( I only know both since i haven't tried the other branches)

4. Desktop sometimes freezes
My desktop sometimes freeze when i try to click on it. When I try to enter file explorer from the desktop shortcut, i see that the desktop doesn't respond to any clicks i made. Lucky me, I still can search from "start" and open it lol.

5. System Restore error
I tried to restore the system with system restore, a message prompted after a long time i've been waiting for the restoration to complete, "Can’t system restore, file or directory is corrupted and unreadable (0×80070570)". Now this is the real problem.

6. Refresh PC / Reset PC didn't work
I also tried refreshing my pc, it also didn't work. That's when my panic mode started. It didn't show a significant error message.

7. Startup Apps didn't start on startup
I have several apps such as ASUS smart gesture, avg free, nvidia geforce experience, realtek hd audio manager, and others. It didn't start on startup, all of them.

Can somebody explain to me whats going on?
Now I think it was the update installed when i restart it.
Can somebody tell me what update is making this errors? I'll try making it into several choices only in a few days while i try to access the control panel again lol.
