However as it says in that link....

    Warning
To get a 32-bit Windows 8.1 Update ISO, you must run this in 32-bit Windows.

To get a 64-bit Windows 8.1 Update ISO, you must run this in 64-bit Windows.
You can use your upgrade key to get the 8.1 x64 ISO but you'll have to do it on a computer with x64 bit windows installed. If this is impracticable and you decide to get it elsewhere make sure you check the hash. To do this you can use this program HashTab tool to quickly find file hash information to get the properties of the ISO - The SHA1 should be this (from the link in post #5)

    Windows 8.1 with Update
(multiple editions) (x64) - DVD (English)
    Release Date: 4/2/2014
    File Name: en_windows_8.1_with_update_x64_dvd_4065090.iso
    Languages: English (en-US)
    File Size: 3924 MB
    SHA1: 4652DC6EBFEBE02C6A63E167C36E3FAEDFB93999

MS don't make it easy to download an ISO unfortunately - you have to jump through all sorts of annoying hoops. It is worth it though - I did it and that cheap upgrade key was a real bargain.
