3 Bugs that i've noticed in Windows 8.1

Hello everyone this is my first post im making on this site.
I've noticed some bugs on Windows 8.1 (+Update 1) that havent been fixed by microsoft yet.

1)Shortcut arrow Bug:Ever since i upgraded to 8.1 Some arrows on my shortcuts wont load(For sometime),others will, others will load then dont(after refreshing icons). They load fine in medium sized mode but in big sized mode last shorcut or the first 3 shortscuts load slow or i have to refresh the folder. Link to this problem:Shortcut arrow icons gone after Windows 8.1 - Microsoft Community

2)lNEWl Charms bar stops working:Go to the desktop and drag an icon into the top right hot corner. The charms bar will stop working. This came with Update1 and it randomly happens,i first noticed it when i was about to shut down my pc after gaming, then it happened again someother time later.Link to this problem:Hot corners and charm get disabled randomly after installing Windows - Microsoft Community Also video link to this problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oIVi...ature=youtu.be Also: Windows 8 Hot Corners and Edges not working.

    3) Minor bug With steam Notifications Animation lags:Steam animations will RANDOMLY start lagging(They are choppy)like there is a framerate issue(Friend popups, messages etc.) This also came with 8.1 and requires a restart to fix it but it will last for sometime(Weeks) then start happening again and you need another restart.Link to this problem:Notification animation :: Help and Tips

NOTE that these bugs happen BOTH with my new desktop and laptop. Also i've changed my HDD of my Desktop (it was faulty) and they are happening again cause they also occured with the old one. BOTH HDD's are fine with no errors(Laptop,Desktop).
    Anyone else having these issues?
    Thanks

    1. I have been trying to get rid of those shortcut arrows, nothing worked satisfactory for me, something to do with overlay.
    2. I,m surprised it would even let you place an icon there. I was not able to do that. Top right Hot Corner is not activated here. Even when activated, bringing an icon there does not bring charms on.

"Fixing" them means making Windows more customizable and that may draw even more fire because of larger size of OS, "too many things to fiddle with", "what the .....I need all that for", "it's ugly", "it's not serious enough", "I want this but not that", you know, the usual stuff. Same stuff since DOS and beyond.

Of the three so called "bugs" you tell us, the third one will never be fixed by Microsoft if they don't first buy Steam. You cannot seriously say that "A third party program lags, why doesn't Microsoft fix this?".

The first of your "bugs" must not be as common bug as you describe. Googling it I can find one thread at Microsoft Community and a few here, common nominator seems to be graphics driver which again is not a Windows bug. I have several Windows 8.1 rigs, being unable to reproduce this shortcut arrow issue of yours whatever I try. The arrows are there when I have enabled them, away when disabled.

Of the second of your "bugs", seems I am totally unable to reproduce it. Wherever I place an icon or icons, the Charms bar works as always, both with WIN+C keyboard shortcut or top right > down & bottom right > up.

I agree with what you said about Steam, steam has to fix this not microsoft.
About the other bugs i dont know because lots of other people who had NVIDIA graphics cards as well were having the issue with them pointers.Im using an AMD card.About the hot corners it came with update 1 and it affects some people...it might be drivers but then again they came with UPDATE 1 it was working fine before.
The bug happens when you place a file up right where charms is.I dont know whats causing that.My computer is brand new fully compatible with 8.1 so is the rest of my hardware.Anyway im using Catalyst 13.12 because 14.4 causes me BSOD's and problems...do you think it might be a driver compability?Windows button +c works even after they get buged.
Here yet another post:Windows 8.1 start menu button and charms frozen

Well you have to consider it in Microsoft's eyes. They are working on Windows Vista, 7, 8, and 8.1.They have a lot on their hands. Plus the games their making. Just give it some time, it will be fixed!

Hi, I haven't seen a CP bug thread yet so here goes: "Non-existent" window: 4308 This sometimes shows with the Windows Explorer icon same "preview". Metro start menu search with more than about 150 results causes the computer to freeze for about five seconds if you click "Files".
