Android Wakes Windows 8.1

I'm not sure when this problem started happening, but recently, when I plug in or unplug the power of my Galaxy S4, the computer will wake from sleep. I'm running CyanogenMod 11 on it, which is based on Android 4.4.2. I haven't installed or configured any apps on my PC to allow for this, nor any apps on the phone.

Anyone know why this is happening and how I can stop it?

Hi there. So far as I know any input to a sleeping system will wake it. Sometimes I forget to unplug my Windows phone before sleep so it wakes the system up when unplugging. This was not always true for you?

The thing is I'm not plugging my phone via USB into the computer, I'm plugging it into a wall outlet.

Bluetooth and/or Wireless discovery on?
That would be it. The phone is most likely Wireless syncing with the computer. Causing this behavior.
