Computer issues when web browsing

So my computer can run games all day, but as soon as I start browsing the web for a couple minutes my whole computer freezes and I have to manually shut it off and turn it back on for it to work again. What happens is everything freezes except for the courser. I have tried using both internet explorer and chrome and get the same results. This is very frustrating because I spent good money on this computer and I can hardly go on the internet and get my online assignments done for college. I'm not too great with computers so any suggestions for a quick fix before I take it in somewhere would be much appreciated.

Any error events in Event Viewer? Download Speccy from majorgeeks.com. Run it and when it finishes, it will give you a URL. Post that URL on a post here.

It will give you the URL after you run the program. As for copy & pasting anything from events. Just post what kind of error is showing up, related to when you are using the browser at the time of the shutdown.

Sorry for the delayed response. Work...
So there was a 'Critical' event and a few 'error' events
Critical: Kernel-Power
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
Errors:
-BTHUSB: The Bluetooth driver expected an HCI event with a certain size but did not receive it.
-Bonjour service: Task scheduling error
-Application error (I think this is the culprit): Faulting application name: IEXPLORE.EXE, version blah blah. Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll.
There were a couple more but those three seem like the most likely to be the cause. However, I'm not sure what they mean.

Download "Who Crashed" from Majorgeeks.com. When you run it. Have it read the current dmp.log. It should give you a better to understand reason, what is causing this issue.
