I have alot of problems right now and normally i'd consider my self a power user always able to find a answer to things with the power google, but at this point i've haven't made one step closer to fixing my problem for the past 5 hours and i don't know what to try anymore!

at this point i just want to reinstall windows but i can't i have no download media and if i download the tool from microsoft it just says i can use my cd key with the retail version yada yada yada.!

I am very tired at this point and frustrated...

i've tried sfc /scannow and other sh*t and nothing works...

please someone point me in a new direction i can't open exe unless i'm in safe mode and i can't uninstall or anything it just hangs forever

From the looks of it here there is a 10gb recovery partition, so shouldn't it be possible to boot into that but how?!

The disc is a driver disc that came with the computer, thought earlier that it might contain something but nope :/

Any way of running Defraggler, (portable), maybe?
I'm just wondering if that 10GB 'slice' is blocking your data.

I can't install Subinacl it gives this error after hanging for like 5-10 minutes trying to install

Capture3.PNG

i wanna add this though when i started getting these problems i had just uninstalled something called postgreSQL
and now whenever i boot into desktop i'm logged off my anti virus (Bullguard) i have to type in login everytime.
And my other startup application Spotify, skype some background drivers for logitech and stuff it takes them +5 minutes from boot to open, if they ever actually open its random now. they used to open within 10 secs of booting into desktop
