I get them too. I noticed that whenever my wallpaper changes I get another one. (I'm running one of those fractal wallpaper slideshows.)

That correlation never occurred to me. The timing is about right, every 15 minutes or so (which is what my wallpaper settings is for). I will keep an eye out for when they pop up and see if the wallpaper changes. WHOOP, there it goes, QUICK, WIN-D! Dang!
