Laptop goes into continuous "Hybernating" mode

Hello Experts,

I boght my Dell Inspiron and installed Windows 8. Installation went fine I even worked for a while. When I restarted it , a full blue screen appears with only text as "Hybernating". I am not able to move ahead from this stage so that I can turn off hybernating.
Please suggest me steps to go pass throgh this stage and turn off hybernating.
