Windows 8 stuck on diagnosing your PC after using win disk

Hello. I recently got all 5 restore disks, language disk, 3 of 3 recovery disks and the 1 of 1 system disk. I followed the instructions and on the 2nd thing where I did not need to insert a disk, I believe it was calling Passwords or something, apologies for me forgetting. But it was at 96% when it then started doing [RETRY] about twenty times. After that, it says
ImageX Error: System could not find specified file.
I am honestly so confused, considering I followed the instructions. After I hit "Ok" it started beeping until I shut it off. Now it won't even boot up. All it says is "Preparing Automatic Repair" and then goes black, then "Diagnosing your PC" comes up. This is the reason before I had to buy the disks, but it'd still turn on. Just not onto the desktop screen.
if anyone has any ideas or needs anymore information please ask or say. Thanks!

It was called Passwords, and it got up to 96% and then basically crashed my computer and now I am completely screwed and this is why I've been trying to get an actual answer for a week now.

Well, as the title suggests, I'm having an issue with Disk Cleanup with a new SSD I recently purchased. In all my years with HDDs I never had this problem. So I bumped some problems so I decided to restore my laptop. The whole thing froze so I decided to restart hoping it would go back to 0 and I'd just move on, but when I turned my computer back on it started to loop saying "Preparing Automatic Repair" and then it would have a quick black screen...
