Solved Icons & Titlebars too big and everything else too small

Hi, I accidently leaned on my keyboard and mouse and now all my Windows icons, title bars and context menus are too big and everything else such as icons and text within programs are too small. I'm running Windows 8.1 in Desktop mode on a laptop with external keyboard, mouse & monitor.

I have attached a screenshot, anyone come across this before?

Fixed it, just needed to check the box "Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays" and set to 100% in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display.
