    Here's a thought:
I get a 'Still Trace Monitor' blank log file whenever I use my scanner. You could check that out. Try hiding it also:

    Attachment 43451

Might be something similar on your end, just a stab in the dark!

(my previous post could very well be mis-information; that's the internet for ya!)

Not sure, but on my version there are some questionable attributes.
I would investigate yours carefully and thoroughly just to be safe.

Jim has your computer been running fine? Or did you find what program creates it?

As I saw it is a log file. Any ideas what it is and what is creating it?
I delete it each time and keeps appearing.
    Thanks in advance
    1. Are you using a Mozilla client such as Firefox or Thunderbird?

    2. Here's what Wikipedia says about user agents: User agent - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    3. Looks like Oracle has an agent too.

    4. Here's one from Microsoft's Technet: Anti-Spam Agent Logging: Exchange 2013 Help

I searched for "Agent Log File" (w/o the quotes) with Bing and got the above. There are a lot more links to follow. . . my guess is that one of the links will be "linked" to a program you have installed.

Wikipedia will give you more information than I'm willing to go through; however, you may want to check it out to see if any of it makes sense to you.

These links give me a better understanding of what needs improvement in Windows, be it Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, etc. There should be no "generic" agents allowed in our programs. Just my opinion, though.

I find out that explorer.exe is creating this file... Still though I don't know its use... Truth is I don't believe it is something to hurt my computer!
