Problem with Windows 8.1 search

As you can see in the image above my Windows 8 search cant find the folder you can clearly see to the left.
Even though I've indexed it's location: [It is located in drive D]

If I hit enter I get the files it contains, but I only want to find the folder, I've tried typing folder:tdownloads and I get all it's files again [same as just 'tdownloads']

That's not a problem of Windows 8.1, it's built such a way.
Forget about the 8.1 search.

Just go to File Explorer (My Computer) and type the folder name in the search box located at top right of the window (next to address bar).
