Hello,

This is sort of 2 issues that I think might be the same root problem.

The issue began when I was playing a game called Project Spark. For some reason, it kept saying it couldn't connect to the servers, and I hadn't played in about a month so I decided maybe it needed an update. It did, so I updated it and tried starting it, but it fails to start. It stays stuck on the "Updating Files 0/55" screen for a long time. I left it open for 30-60 minutes already and it hasn't started or even increased. It worked perfectly fine before I updated it, it just couldn't sign in to the server.

Now, for what I think is the root of the issue. I checked the Games application, as in Windows Xbox Live Games, and it also needed an update so I updated it. Now when I click the Games tile, it loads for about 5 seconds and then freezes. Sometimes it stays frozen until I close it and sometimes it closes itself, but it usually resets and then freezes again in a loop. The one time it actually almost loaded, I noticed it said it couldn't sign in. When I opened the Charms tab in it, it said "Gathering information from Games..." and then after a while it simply told me "Can't get info about Games right now" without any other option.

Could anyone help me figure out why the Games tile crashes when it starts? And (possibly) in extension help me figure out why Project Spark doesn't start? It seems to me like it's an issue with signing in but I have no idea why. I'm signed in on this PC to a Microsoft account and I can load other apps fine, like FreshPaint. It's just these two it seems.

EDIT: I fixed it. For future reference, what I did was change my PC account to an offline one, logged in to that, then went to the Games App and signed in to the Microsoft account I had previously. It signed in properly, and now both the Games App and Project Spark App are functioning properly.
