I was attempting to change my DNS via the control panel when I uncovered this issue, better shown not spoken:
In attempting to fix this, i've restarted my system at least 20 times. It has become really frustrating, so any and all assistance is appreciated.
Also, while likely irrelevant, I've been getting these errors on startup:
