welcome window in w8

I have configured my desktop etc, just one little niggle, how to stop the Wecome window appearing, with the rotating wheel and profile image, can it be disabled

I have already by-passed need to log in, its just a very brief WELCOME screen

Ok. Don't know of any way. I've scoured the tutorials here to no avail. You may want to have a look. I would guess it would be a Registry hack or 3rd party software might be an alternative. Be careful with the Registry though.
