Is it possible to change the Windows Live ID account name? I was also wondering if it is possible to select multiple tiles, and move them to somewhere else on the Start Screen.

Thanks!

You can multi-select tiles by right-clicking them with the mouse, or doing a little "drag down" gesture on the tile with touch.

Once you've multi-selected, you can use commands from the app bar to affect all of them, delete them all, or drag them to where you want them.

I was disappointed on my first install that by signing into my LiveID, it assigned my full name as the username. Obviously it could have asked, but wanted to be a dick about it. Now, when it emailed me to ask if this was a trusted computer I quickly found something nearby on the Live site that said it wanted to know what I thought about my LiveID name, do I like and want to use it, and I changed it to first name Pixel, last name Eater. Signing in on my second, desktop install resulted in a username Pixel Eater, user folder Pixel and I'm happy with that I guess.

To fully reign it in I wonder if you have to make a "local" install, then hook Live up after.

I have yet to discover how it is possible to select 2 tiles next to each other and shift them both at the same time, drag and drop is what I'm talking about. This seems impossible to do. I can right click and select 2 tiles next to each other but I cannot drag & drop them to where I want. Now that's what I call great design.
