Remove Virtualapp/didlogical Credentials In Windows 8.1

I found virtualapp/didlogical under Credential Manager in Control Panel. What is this? It shows a Username and password. I don't recall using such. How did this get into my computer? And how to remove this thing?

It's apparently a generic authentication process tied to the use of 'Windows Live Essentials' utilities. You can remove it but it will re-appear if you use Windows Live products.
If you do not store Web or Windows credentials on your machine you could disable 'Credential Manager' in 'Services'.

I don't use Windows Live services but use messengers like Skype, AIM, and browsers IE, Chrome and FF

Where is the settings for 'Services>Credential Manager' located in Windows 8.1 ?

Ah, however, Skype is now a Microsoft affiliate site so henceforth the credential.
If you go to Start and type services.msc, then Enter, then navigate to
'Credential Manager', right click on that entry, choose properties, then click 'Stop', then click on 'Startup type' drop down menu and choose 'Disabled', click Apply and OK.
The process will most likely run somewhere in the background still, it just won't show in Credential Manager; actually, nothing will open in Credential Manager if you choose to disable it; also you may be required to sign in to 'Metro' apps fresh every time.
