Solved System Rating not displayed

Hi,

I have a Sony Vaio Fit 15E running Windows 8.1 Pro. In the computer properties, I went to refresh my System Rating but I noticed that it wasn't there. Before I had done a clean install of windows, it was there but after installing Windows it wasn't. Please help.
