I'm having problems with my clock changing too. I have Windows 8, the HP desktop is only about 2 yrs old, maybe a little less -- I have the time zone setting correct for EST (I'm in Maine). It keeps putting my clock back an hour too early. I keep fixing it and it changes back. Except for being exactly an hour off, the time is correct with minutes, seconds... I've tried resetting the time zone several times just in case but it doesn't seem to help. Making me crazy and late sometimes...

---By the way, the time it says that it posted on this forum (which is the time it says on my computer) is an hour too early - it was 11:47 am.

Sounds like Daylight Savings Time is on when it should be off of vice versa.

The 1 hour off was the clue, daylight savings time is usually a 1 hour shift.
