    Disable users from changing Metro UI layout.

    We just setup a new computer lab all running 8.1. I have slowly been going through the Group Policies and locking down user accounts so they cannot personalize it, keeping them all uniform. I am having trouble finding the policy or setting to disallow them from changing the layout of the Metro UI. Any inpu?

    I'm not sure if this is any help, but check this out:

    Otherwise, it seems the control you seek is available in Windows 8.1 Enterprise.
