No clock or notification icons after reinstall

I have just reinstalled window 8 (was on 8.1 but haven't even though about how or whether to move up) and there are no notification icons (despite them all being ticked in control panel) and no clock (despite that being ticked as show).

    Can anyone help?

you can try resetting your windows.

I've recently somehow made this issue where I was messing around with my taskbar (moving it to the left, top and right of the screen) and somehow I managed to make the icons and clock disappear. I went to my system icons and they all show as 'ON', and I tried hitting default behaviors too. I...

Clicking any icon in the taskbar area near the clock while you have a keyboard that has options, like Japanese or Korean, and then having it switch to English, which doesn't have options, because the Taskbar's language is something else, causes the icon to "move" and then, if it is the last icon,...
