Solved Libraries folder is missing from AppData

Libraries folder is missing from AppData in New Accounts

my Libraries folder is missing from AppData. i'm showing hidden files.

this post says it should be found in /Users/<your username>/AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/Windows/

How to restore my libraries folder? This happens every time i create a new Windows User Account, so there must be something wrong with the Account Template. How to fix?

Update, found the fix: right-click on the Libraries folder in windows explorer, and click "Restore default libraries".
