Gui Errors , probably explorer.exe fail

Hello guys , recently i've spotted few annoying errors on my windows 8.1 x64 pro.
When i right click an item next to properties there's a number (3) being there without any reason.
Also in customization window the current sound scheme is named to dutch although my pc has greek as main language currently.
The computer was by default in english , then i added dutch , switched to dutch and installed greek also.
Im at greek now with the other languages installed.
Please i dont want to format my system currently because my net speed is terrible at the moment , im in college.
    any help would be appreciated.
PS: Ive posted also an image showing the errors.
I know it's in greek but you can easily spot them.
