I am trying to create a Recovery drive for my PC. I have Win 8.1 with the latest Update. I have a completely empty 2GB USB flash drive.
When I go to Control Panel/Recovery/Create A Recovery Drive, I get a dialogue box telling me to connect a flash drive which I do. Despite the drive being 'recognised' by the PC, the 'next' box remains greyed out.
Huh? The fact that it's a USB 3.0 socket and the flash drive is USB 2.0, shouldn't make any difference so why is the 'next' box staying greyed out? Has anyone else experienced this problem?
