Explorer and other programs stop responding on login

Hi guys, I've got this strange problem after I performed chkdsk and system restore.

I followed Kari's guide in relocating default users folder to another drive during installation of the OS. With this being said, I think the non-default location of my users folder and program data is causing my problem.

I'm planning to redo the relocation process but I'm afraid that it may overwrite the existing users and program data folder.

I do not have any spare drive so I cant backup my files on users folder.
