    According to what or who? Do you mean "bad for you"?

    Most issues pertaining to Windows 8, 8.1 etc end up being user fault or system specific. While I am not arguing that there may be a delay in opening charms etc (as I wouldn't know, I disabled it all) it would help people in here if you would complete your system specs via your profile in User CP. P.S. Notice the lack of profanities in my post.

Solved slow mouse appearance in General Support
Since an update a few days ago my mouse is taking about 2/3 minutes to appear after going back to my PC after it has been left for a while. I have checked all USB ports, used another mouse but it still has this problem, Once it gets itself going it is fine. Can anyone help. Thanks.
Hey, Just installed a clean boot from an ISO I made via the official download and everything is great apart from downloading - its really slow and seems to take ages downloading any upgrades from the Windows update section or even the metro updates ? What gives any anyone else had this...
Solved Windows 8 very slow after update in Performance & Maintenance
I did the update issued the other day (four reboots when it took one with Windows 7) and now the system is incredibly lethargic. Log on is as slow as a wet week and every application seems to almost hang before they start up. Even shutting down takes at least three times longer than with Windows 7....
