If the OP is using IE in Metro. Yes the graphics can be messed up. If viewing while in the desktop. They will appear normal.

A screen shot is a digital capture of the information that is sent to the video card. It can differ from what you actually see on that monitor. For example, an incorrect resolution will distort what's actually displayed on the screen but the screen shot when viewed on another PC will look fine. A defective video card or monitor will show pixelating or striping etc but the screen shot will be fine. It has to do with where the data used to make the image is captured.

Think of it this way. The signal going to your monitor is one way only, to the monitor. Other than IDing the monitor make and model there isn't anything going back to the PC. Plus the Video card has already converted the Data to what the monitor wants, VGA, DVI, HDMI etc. The snap shot is taken from the data being sent to the monitor, likely even before it goes to the video card. If it gets jumbled after that the screen shot won't show it. I've seen it many times, how come I can't see that line, blotch, etc in my screen shot, its on my monitor?

That reminds me of a case when a user complained that computer would not scan a picture while holding it in front of the screen for whole hour.

The issue is with DPI scaling. For any program that gives you blurry font, use the following steps:
Right-click on the program's icon -> Properties -> Compatibility -> "Disable display scaling on high
    DPI settings".

Then close the program and restart.
Also check out the link below.

    I hope this helps.

Laptop won't hibernate anymore in General Support
Hello everybody, I'm brand new to the forum, not too tech savvy, and I'm experiencing a problem with my laptop. BSOD every week. in BSOD Crashes and Debugging
BSOD every week. I've reset the PC to it's factory settings like 8 times now which takes like 8 hours every time I do it. I've updated my drivers. It also went through a 6 hour System Extensive Test to see if it was hardware related everything passed. WhoCrash came up with this. On Sun...

PS3 won't find my laptop anymore in Network & Sharing
With Windows 7 I used to stream videos on my PS3 all the time and it worked beautifully. I got a new laptop with Windows 8 and now I'm regretting it. PC Refresh, almost every week in Performance & Maintenance
I've used PC Refresh since CP on my dual-boot and it really helps to use that handy feature, but reinstalling is more dangerous. Keep your Windows 7/8 Product Key for the upgrade. How do you feel?
