No access

Hello everyone, I have this problem now for 1 month and it wont go away even I keep trying by differents ways possible. 1 month ago I (stupidally) denied all access to everyone on the C and D drive. I can still take pictures and videos and stuff and visualize them but I can't open file that I download. Please help. If you need any more info don't mind askingme.

You would need to go into Security and change rights, that your username is able to have ownership to both drives.

Hello thank you for responding first of all, but when I go to drive C:\ or d:\ and then to properties then security then advanced then change next to owner well the window freezes and you can't do anything not even close it and then 30 seconds later it is written exactly: Can't open access control editor. Access is denied.

Please help anyone, you would make my day even if it just an idea.

You have an administrator account, right? You can try opening file explorer with admin rights and then try again (what you did above).
