    Saving pictures from the web

Hi, Not sure about my feelings for Win 8 yet, but I do know that I am unable to save any photos from the internet into my "photos" folder.

Anyone have a resolution for this?

    Thanks,
    M.

Works fine in the Opera Browser for Windows, Mac & Linux | Download the latest Opera internet browser for free

I can download images and save them to any folder I choose with a right click.

I do not have the option in Windows 8 preview to save any photo with a right click.
I have the options to - copy, copy link, open link in new tab and open link.

    What am I missing? Thanks.

    Real vs App

Are you using the "real" version of IE10, or are you using the "app" version IE10?

    Crippled?

My understanding is that the Metro IE is a crippled version of IE10.

Try going to the desktop and running IE using the pinned icon.
    Does that make a difference?

    I use FF.
