How do I check if I am still missing some drivers in my pc

I updated my windows 7 into windows 8 then I installed some drivers from the cd but I think some were not compatible with windows 8? How do I check for the missing drivers and how do I download them?
I also noticed that my pc got slower instead of faster and the usb file moviing is much slower now even if my laptop has usb 3.0?

Hello,
You can check if you are missing any drivers by opening "Device Manager". Press Windows Key on your keyboard and then type Device Manager and then press enter.

If you are missing any drivers there will be yellow exclamation marks on them.

Also another issue is that I find my laptop hanging at times especially when I go to my Downloads folder...it sometimes hangs for a few moments..and I don't know why. maybe there's a virus file in my downloads folder? but windows defender doesn't detect anythig?

What usb driver are you using? Try using the one from your Laptop manufacture site.
