Having Trouble setting default folders on Secondary HDD

Hello, I just built my PC and its a Intel 4770k, Asus z87 Pro with a Asus GTX660 Video Card and Kingston Hyper X 128GB SSD (Set as primary boot) and a Seagate Barricuda 1TB HDD for my Secondary.

I already installed windows 8.1 Pro on the computer and have set the SSD to primary boot and have set the Seagate as the secondary hard drive. I want the Seagate HDD to be the one that Holds and Media, Games and I would like primary to be ONLY Windows but the additional programs currently automatically install onto that drive. Would it cause a problem if I set it so any new programs get installed onto the Secondary HDD?

I also recently downloaded Assassins Creed Black Flag and keep getting a single player (sp.exe) file error (Multiplayer works perfect) which wont allow me to play the campaign. After research it seems to happen more commonly with people that use secondary hard drives.

When I went into the DOCUMENTS folder under the PRIMARY drive I noticed steam and assassins creed have created folders there by default and I believe that could be the cause for the error even though I had installed the program to a folder i created on the secondary drive. How to I reallocate everything so its stricly onto my Secondary drive so it would create those folders in my SECONDARY drive's documents folder and read from there by default..?

In other words I want to set the default media folders to e:/Media Files/Documents,Pictures,Music,ETC instead of C:/MyPC/Documents,Pictures,Music,ETC...

Thanks for any Help guys!

I clicked on the URL because Windows 8.1 keeps trying to send me to OneDrive to save documents and I thought this might be a fix for me. What I found is that this document is for Windows XP.

It may work if the OP has already installed one of the many "Windows 7 Lookalikes", but for someone with pristine Windows 8.1, she no worky. I did manage to get to Documents; however when I clicked on Properties, there isn't a Target tab.

Someone may be able to modify these instructions for Windows 8/8.1, but so far, it's beyond me.
