If you want to use a tutorial, you have to read and watch it - which you apparently have not done.

If you need to save files (.doc, exl, mp3, etc.) then if you have the ability to create a Linux Live Disc do that; once that has been done restart your computer with the Linux live disc and then save all the files you want or can't live without onto an external device. After that then do as the others have said, and that is reinstall your OS's. Sorry, albeit that is your only course of action. . .good luck.

edit: How to fix the Windows 7/8/8.1/10 bootloader if the hard drive has an MBR (Master Boot Record) partition table. -> link

    - Boot the computer using the Windows 7/8/8.1 installation media.
    - On the first screen, press SHIFT+F10 to bring up command prompt.
    - Run the following commands at the command prompt.

    diskpart
    select disk 0
    list partition
select partition # Note: Select the partition where the Windows OS is installed.
    active
    exit

    bootrec /fixmbr
    bootrec /fixboot
    bootrec /rebuildbcd

    - Remove the Windows installation media and restart the Computer.

If Windows does not start and you receive the error message "BOOTMGR is missing", then copy the bootmgr file from the Windows installation media to your Windows OS partition root directory.

    diskpart
list volume Note: Note the volume letters.
    exit

(these instructions assume your DVD drive is D: and your Windows OS is installed in C: drive)

    copy D:\bootmgr C:\

Note: Do not copy the bootmgr.efi file.

    bootrec /rebuildbcd

The bootrec /rebuildbcd command will search for Windows installations not included in the Boot Configuration Data (BCD) and then ask you if you'd like to add one or more to it.

You should see one of the following messages at the command line.

    Option 1

Scanning all disks for Windows installations.

Please wait, since this may take a while...

    Successfully scanned Windows installations.
    Total identified Windows installations: 0
    The operation completed successfully.

    Option 2

Scanning all disks for Windows installations.

Please wait, since this may take a while...

    Successfully scanned Windows installations.
    Total identified Windows installations: 1
    [1] C:\Windows
Add installation to boot list? Yes<Y>/No<N>/All<A>:

    If you see:

Option 1: This result most likely means that Windows installation data in the BCD store exists but bootrec couldn't find any additional installations of Windows on your computer to add to the BCD.

Option 2: Enter Y or Yes to the "Add installation to boot list?" question.

I'm having the same problem as well. First off, when I turned on my computers and I wait for a couple of minutes, all I see was my mouse cursor and my screen was black. Then, i system restore/reboot, (loosing all of my information), which took 2-3 hours. When it was finished, I restart my computer just to see if it was working perfectly then this happened:

    Check cable connection!
    PXE-MOF: Exiting Intel PXE ROM

Reboot and Select proper Boot device
Or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key

I turned off my computer by holding the power button, I hold/tap the F2 and to see if my hard drive has been corrupted or died off, couldn't find the hard drive.

This problem happened 2 days ago, before it happened, my computer was working fine. (I had my computer for about 2 years)

Please reply back with any suggestions what I should do.

    Welcome to the forum!

Sounds like you need to check all your connections inside the computer and your power supply. Make sure hard drive is firmly in socket. Has the computer been moved, maybe knocked a bit?

My computer hasn't been moved or knocked. How do you find the connections inside the computer or the power supply? My computer is similar to a Mac, or All-In-One Desktop.
I hope I'm not confusing you or anything.

as for taking apart you computer ,all in ones are like big laptops ,you need to check for directions in a manual or how-to direction on the web as to how to take it apart to check your connections ,check the back of the case ,there may be a cover to remove to gain access ,or take it to computer repair shop and have them do it .
what is the exact model number, that should also be on the back of the case
